Doing Business With Forrest Keeling
TERMS:
Unless credit has been established, all sales are on a cash in
advance of shipping basis. Credit may be obtained by submitting
a credit application. For customers with approved credit,
payment is due within 30 days of date of invoice. Payment
may be made with cash, check, American Express, Master
Card, VISA or Discover Card. Past due accounts will be
subject to a service charge of 2% per month (24% annum).
SHIPMENTS WILL NOT BE MADE TO CUSTOMERS
WHOSE ACCOUNTS ARE DELINQUENT.
PRICES:
All prices are FOB Elsberry, MO and are subject to change
without notice. This list is based on current market conditions
and cancels all previous lists and quotations. Boxing and
packing of bare root stock extra.
WARRANTY:
Forrest Keeling Nursery will exercise care to have all plants
true to size and name. However, we give no warranty
expressed or implied as to the variety, productivity, or fitness
for any particular use of the nursery stock we sell. No liability
is assumed by Forrest Keeling Nursery for delay of failure to
deliver for any reason beyond our control. All orders are
accepted subject to the availability of stock on hand at the
time of delivery.
CLAIMS:
Every effort is made to fill your orders as requested. Upon
receipt of your shipment you should examine and count all
materials. NO CLAIMS WILL BE HONORED UNLESS IT
IS MADE IN WRITING WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT
OF MATERIAL. We also request that you notify our office
immediately by telephone. If there is a count discrepancy, or
damage has occurred, we will make the necessary adjustments
in accordance with the above.
MINIMUM ORDER:
Our minimum order for truck delivery within 300 miles of
Elsberry is $1,000.00. Beyond 300 miles, minimum order for
delivery will be $1,500.00. Prices are FOB Elsberry Missouri.
Freight is based on number of units and mileage.
THERE IS NO MINIMUM ORDER FOR PICKUP AT THE NURSERY. We do,
however,request a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to pickup
to insure your material will be ready. Minimum quantity per
variety will be ten (10) plants.
RESERVE/HELD STOCK:
We will gladly "HOLD" materials for our customers wanting
fall or late spring deliveries with a 25% deposit of total order.
ADJUSTMENTS/CANCELLATIONS:
Any cancellations or order adjustments must be made at least
30 days prior to your requested day of shipment.
CONTRACT GROWING
If you are in need of large quantities or require site specific
seed sources we will gladly custom grow plants for
you using our RPM™ growing method. Lead time and
